DLC Series Dyno load controllers are designed to meet the latest requirements in the industry at Reasonable Costs.
Characteristics and Advantages
 
• Simple & Analogue Electronics based circuits.

• 19” Industrial Rack Enclosure enables ease of maintenance.

• Modular Torque & Speed Indicators enable easy maintenance / replacement avoids the    system from total operational failure.

• 3 modes of closed loop operation – Viz. Constant Torque, Constant Speed and Constant    Current Mode.
  
Constant Current mode helps to operate dynamometer very close to constant Torque    mode and is suitable for testing Governed engines and Motors where speed control is not    important.
Loading/Unloading of Dynamometer by potentiometer.
Highly Precise Control of excitation current is obtained thro’ PID loop.
Annunciation & Excitation cut-off, for high-temperature & low water pressure conditions.
  
Constant Torque mode - Input required is 0-10 V conditioned retransmission output form    Load Indicator. The PID Card constantly tracks the actual torque input with value set by    the potentiometer and adjusts the Dyno. Current to maintain the desired torque.
  
Constant Speed mode - Input required is 0-10 V conditioned retransmission output form RPM Indicator. The PID Card constantly tracks the actual Speed input with value set by the potentiometer and adjusts the Dyno. Current to maintain the desired Speed within control limits.

• Loading/Unloading of Dynamometer by potentiometer.

• Loading can be controlled by External analogue signal if required.
